Authors are invited to submit original papers: they must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or have submitted in parallel to any other conferences that have proceedings or any journal. The submission must be anonymous, with no author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or obvious references. Original contributions are invited up to 16 pages in length (single column) excluding appendices and bibliography and up to 20 pages in total, using at least 11-point fonts and with reasonable margins. Submissions not meeting the submission guidelines risk rejection without consideration of their merits.

Camera Ready Instructions

October 30 2020 is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. You must submit all required sources and forms to the dedicated NSS2020 email: nss2020publication@gmail.com

1. FINAL PAPER:

Please follow the instructions.
(1) either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file, and
(2) the PDF version of your camera-ready paper.

The page limit for a FULL paper is 16 pages, plus 4 pages appendix. The page limit for a SHORT paper is 12 pages, plus 4 pages appendix. Up to 5 extra pages with over-length fee (100 USD per page) may be acceptable.
Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers.
You can now include ORCID for authors in your paper.
Authors who have included their email addresses in their papers will receive an email roughly four weeks after publication of the proceedings, linking them to their personal My Springer page. From here, they will be able to download the pdf of the entire volume. In addition, authors are entitled to a substantial discount off Springer publications. Details are given on the MySpringer page.

2. COPYRIGHT:

The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.
Note that this is the profiled version for NSS2020. Please make sure that you use this profiled version instead of previous versions of the form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.
