You are strongly encouraged to read the following notes before starting the registration process:
1. All types of registration include: Full attendance of all conferences & workshops, Proceedings of ICA3PP 2011 or EUC 2011 (including associated workshops), Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, Morning / afternoon teas and Lunches.
2. Registration payment is required on/before 15 August 2011 for all authors who publish papers. Please note that if your payment is not received by that date, the paper will be removed from the conference proceedings. This deadline will be strictly enforced.
3. Full registration must be paid to cover the first paper, if the authors have more than one paper. There is discount rate of A$400/paper for additional papers. For example, if you are an IEEE member and have 2 papers, the registration fee will be $700+$400=$1100, on/before 15 August 2011.
4. IEEE members and students will need to send a scanned copy of their IEEE membership and/or student card to the Conference Secretariat Ms Georgi Cahill on georgi.cahill@deakin.edu.au. Please note that both current IEEE membership and student status will be verified.
5. We strongly recommend authors to format the number of pages within the required number. Extra page payment can be made at A$50 per page, with maximum 2 pages allowed.
6. We accept payment by credit card or bank cheque only. If paying by cheque please make cheques payable to Deakin University and send to

All cheques must be in Australian currency. Please include your name, conference registration reference number and the conference you are registering for with your payment.
7. Receipt of payment will be issued after payment has been received. Please note letters of invitation for VISA purposes will not be issues until registration and payment have been received. For letter of invitation requests and all other registration queries please contact the Conference Secretariat Ms Georgi Cahill on georgi.cahill@deakin.edu.au.
