Important: Each accepted paper requires at least one Author Registration before 23:59 on June 30, 2026 (AoE). One registration covers one person only. Multiple accepted papers require separate registrations.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted until June 30, 2026 (23:59 AoE) with a 50% deduction. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks post-conference. Bank charges are the participant's responsibility.

Notes

• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
• All costs must be covered by the ordering customer and "free of charge for the receiver account" on all payments.
